THESIS’S ABSTRACT
Investigation for adopting appropriate strategy for the organization in crisis conditions (case study of a manufacturing organization)

ABSTRACT:
Important events in recent decades the world in terms of political , economic, social, geographical and human show that human societies undergo constant natural disasters or destructive tendencies that humans are causing various crises , respectively. Not a day that news of large and small crises around the world occurs not reflected in the media.
This crisis may go so far as domestic and foreign interest communities or threaten the credibility of a large organization.
The occurrence of such crises on governments to seriously damage directly with the problems faced wide. The very large and complex companies are more vulnerable to crises. Because of any crisis, especially if it is large, it can cause loss of reputation to organizations and threaten their domination in global markets having a plan of action for all kinds of crises that occur in organizations with tactical and strategic guidance groups, can change the situation completely.
This is the best opportunity possible to deal with any crisis that occurs provides a quick and decisive. A contingency plan that has been prepared specifically for the organization and its specific problems, can prevent the growth crisis. Reflections crisis as external factors the damage, increasing the flow of events, and public opinion are difficult times. Emotional reactions in general crisis of disbelief to accept defeat, panic, parochialism, and it is to blame and hurt feelings that in every crisis, external factors and emotional reactions crisis, with varying degrees act.
THESIS’S ABSTRACT
AN INVESTIGATION ON THE CORROSION BEHAVIOR OF
End – Fitting Alloy Coating in Composite Insulator

ABSTRACT:
The Thesis is results of research on End – Fitting Alloy Coating in Composite Insulator.
The insulator’s end-fittings generally are made of steel, which are coated by hot dip galvanization. In this research, Zn alloy coating (%55 Al – Zn) was compared to pure zinc coating by using of salt fog, potansiostat polarization and atmospheric corrosion tests. Results show the higher corrosion resistance of alloy coatings compared to that of galvanized coatings. Combination of Al & Zn elements in this coating has better galvanic protection and lower corrosion rate than pure zinc. The alloy coating has 2-4 times more lifetime than pure zinc in corrosive atmospheres.
